Ladies, have you been a real estate agent, broker or team leader for more than fifteen years? Do you remember when everyone used BlackBerries and fax machines? Is it yes? Have you secretly thought about retiring from your real estate business but you are not sure how to maintain your income? If you answered yes to those three questions, then welcome home. This is your community, made especially for experienced women, real estate agents, brokers and team leaders aged 50-plus. This is the Agent Exit Show and it launches now.
Ladies, welcome to the Agent Exit Show. This is a show all about you. If you are a real estate agent, broker, real estate team leader, you have been in the business for fifteen years or more, you have extensive experience as an agent and business owner of a real estate business, then this is the show for you. This is the no shame, no-judgment zone. We are going to talk about exit strategies and how to successfully exit your business. I have a few questions that I want to answer for you. We are going to answer a few questions. We are going to start first with, "Who is my reader? What are her pain points or desires?" Agent Exit is all about seasoned women real estate agents, finances, strategic planning and retirement with passive income. Our target audience is going to be made up of Gen X and Baby Boomer real estate agents, brokers, and team leaders who are 50 years old or over and who desire to exit their business in the future. I have found that this population is amongst the top-earning real estate agents in America but so few of us can step out of production without those catastrophic financial consequences.
Part of this, in my belief, is because the entire reputation of our business rests on our shoulders. The other part may be due to a lack of strategic, personal or financial planning for the future because we are all so overwhelmed with the challenges of maintaining business day-to-day. Seasoned women real estate agents are dealing with several challenges and pain points like getting a grip on our personal finances, saving for retirement, all while operating a business and finding adequate, affordable healthcare insurance for ourselves and our families. We are dealing with succession planning to exit production and trying to improve the current operations to attract better offers when we hope to sell our business in the future.
The show’s mission is to provide you, seasoned women real estate agents with a holistic approach to retirement, which includes topics on women's personal financial management, insurance, actionable resources for real estate operations, succession planning, tools, strategies and retiring from your real estate business with passive income. Those are all things that we are going to talk about. Part of what makes our show great is allowing you, our audience, to look at your business through a different lens rather than looking at how your business can support you, your agents and your families for the next month or year. We want these opportunities to look at it over a long or expansive time in the future, long after you have stopped representing clients and closed your last deal. The ultimate goal is to help agents and team leaders successfully navigate working because we want to, not because we have to. That's all in number one.

Number two, "Why am I uniquely suited to deliver this message? What will you get?" I am Renee Williams. I am an ex-corporate strategy administrator turned realtor, real estate investor and serial entrepreneur. I am the show host. I am going to be your Agent Exit guide. I would like you to think of me as a teacher, facilitator, solution finder, and docent on your tour of retirement resources, personal finance tools and passive income strategies. More about me, I am a wife and mom of two wonderful young adults. I was born in 1972, which makes me a bonafide member of Generation X. I started this show because, I am starting to feel like I am running out of time to achieve my business goals, secure my golden years and live my purpose by helping others. I believe I am not alone. Other women in my generation and older probably feel this way too.
After spending a decade supporting corporate mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, I have had so many opportunities. I have gifts and talents that I can share to raise the collective consciousness of entrepreneurs like me and you, women who have businesses, real estate entrepreneurs, you are my purpose. By reading the blog, you will get resources, solutions, and encouragement around some of the biggest financial challenges women business owners may ever face. I will ask our expert guests questions you may have never considered, maybe you are so busy you never thought to ask these questions or you could never step away from your business to research these answers. I am in your demographic. You are my audience. I am the audience. I share your same hopes, dreams and challenges in life and my business. We are embarking on this retirement quest together. That is the goal.

I am going to interview real estate agents who have successfully retired from their businesses. I am going to talk to industry experts and authors on topics like the best way to retire from your real estate business, succession planning for real estate teams, how to prepare your team for your exit and how to maximize your operations to attract top offers for your business. Those are some of the topics that we are going to cover.
Our experts will also address personal financial management, insurance planning, and the best ways to start making passive income now that will last throughout your retirement years. That is the goal. We want to look far beyond where we are now. That's the Agent Exit Show in a nutshell. I am certainly hoping that we are going to bring some great value to your life and business.
